Can anyone tell me how long it takes foods,such as meat,to pass through the human body, please?

It all depends on your overall diet, drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruit and veg with the meat and it might not be long, don't drink water and ignore the fresh stuff and it might sit in there for days and days. Hence the need for colonic irrigation.

i think (although i am no expert) it depends on the person involved!


i am pretty regular in that department,but if i have a fry up or eat lamb i need the toilet within an hour??

meat can take days and days due to the length of our intestines.


most meat eating animals have very short intestines, compared to ours, so that it doesn't sit inside them going rancid.


imagine leaving a piece of meat on the table for 4-5 days, at the same temperature as your stomach.... imagine the condition it would be in.... bleurgh...
