do u still save that much on things like fragrances nowadays or not? as there are a lot of discounty type stores :o/

You do, the discounty stores are good but they tend to have the odd special offer which is really cheap and the rest are just a little cheaper.

Having said that I used to get an extra 25% of "duty free" (its not really duty free these days) because I worked for a ferry company.

If you are going anyway it's worth it but not enough to make a special trip.
