Hello, I wanted opinions/to ask 2 things about this haircut

https://ibb.co/tDcZw99

Firstly what would you say it is called - as in if you were to google similar haircuts what would you type in to search .. I can’t find any similar

Secondly I would like this style but am wondering do you think it would look ok if you put the long layers in a side plait and left the short layers to hand free. So it would look sort of like a Bob but with a long side plait?

I googled "long floppy hairstyle ladies" and found a site which might be of interest to you?
It looks like one to avoid to me. Alternatively, let a two-year old loose with a pair of scissors.
I don't know the name of this cut but I have seen it on a few people and I think it looks really attractive.
On a young person, yes.
As for the name of this style, not sure. Choppy?
looks like she's just got out of bed.
I found 2 similar both described as modern mullets.

This haircut is called a "Dragged through a hedge backwards" style.

Vulcan that’s the aim/trend of the cut, similar to shaggy styles/wolf cuts
Hi, it’s called a shag or if a bit shorter a wolf cut.
My wife says it is an updated feather cut, a modern take on Suzi Quatro's 1970s haircut
Yes l like it but forget about the plait. You could also have the same style but a little shorter round the bottom.
Yet again, I think it looks great! It might take a fair bit of upkeep though.

Very loose and free-flowing whilst keeping a style. Yes, I like it.
I like it; but the meaning of "bob" has obviously changed by six inches or so since Louise Brooks had one

Smurf, no idea why I am spending time looking at those haircuts but no 9 does remind me of Magic Roundabout's Dougal. If that model were a man I would have no idea which way he was facing :D
I don't know why but I immediately thought of Jennifer Rush when I saw it.
Oh jno. That’s a rather severe ‘ Bob’ . :-)
it is, anne, but for many years she was regarded as the owner of the classic bob - though she seems to have borrowed it from another less famous silent star, Colleen Moore

It feels kind of tragic that it has come down so far in the world that people think it might be a mullet. Where are the bobs of yesteryear?
“ bring back the BOB “ . For jno :-)
Bob hairstyles are still very popular, I like them.
I've never liked the shaggy, pulled through the hedge backwards look.
