Morning. Thursday already, where has the time gone to. I hope you are all in good health and your day is a pleasant one.
I am in hospital as you know. I arrived 08 30am but did not have my op till nearly 5pm.
I elected to have a general anaesthetic. So did not emerge till gone 8pm.
I am not sure how I feel except tired after such a long day.

I am typing this very slowly as its the mobile.
So you will have to bear with me.

The op wasn't straightforward so took longer than they expected
At the moment I am not in any pain but have it if I need it.

I was hungry and thirsty so they gave me a coffee and a sandwich around 9pm. Lovely

Yes I was

But I didn't want it nor to be awake

I can understand that I had my op done with an epidural and had the surgeon talk me through everything he was doing.
