morning, Thursday already and the week is marching on, can't get back to sleep as the pain is too bad, so if any one is around to keep me company please do. I hope that you are all as well as can be, and if not then you have my thoughts and sympathy. And that your day is as good as possible, do you have thing planned for today?

i have a friend coming over at 2pm to have a coffee and a natter, which will be good, so something to look forward to. Apart from that nothing else on the calendar.

whilst I remember I best put some wee poly bags in my handbag as TESCO and ALDI don't have any for produce now..
