Nope no fee - although they have included a slip for Extended Warranty which I am seriously considering taking up.

No nothing to say what they have done or what was wrong but I think deep down I would rather not know just glad its fixed :)

its £45 for a year but at the moment £45 is rather a lot when I think about all the money I have coming in and going out and trying to save for Cardiff but I guess if push comes to shove I'll get it coz I think it will be worth it.
