Read that earlier - what do people think about home deliveries? Never done this before, but may consider it.
So for the next 4 1/2 hours I can have Asda deliver as often as I like for £5 but from midnight it will cost £8?

I save loads of money having my shopping delivered - I have a amount I am happy to spend and if the total goes over that amount, I change my meal plans. Last time I did a week's shopping in the actual store, I spent over a 1/4 more than I would normally.
next door to me does her shopping on line and likes it , i did not know that she paid for it. the cheapest bus trip to asda and back would cost £3-80 and in the winter if the bus does not turn up you can wait for ages with no shelter.
excellent if you trust the store to have what you want.
They are far better with stock control now and substitutes are fair and always price matched.

I am due an Ocado shop any minute, they teased me back with a 15% discount as I had not shopped with them for a while.
I have just tried to 'buy' this offer, but I can't get it work - currently on hold to Asda customer services.
There is a glitch in the system at the moment, took 29 minutes to find this out. However the nice lady gave me £5 off my shopping for my trouble. I shall try to buy the delivery pass again in the week as I get a £4.50 delivery every Monday and I want extra shopping for my daughter's birthday party this month so the saving will be considerable.
Hope you get it Sherr.
I have a delivery from Sainsburys every week - the delivery charge is less than the cost of petrol to get to the nearest store. I have had shopping delivered from other stores (Tesco and Asda) which have been good too. I recently did an online shop with Waitrose which had no delivery charge but you had to spend £50, the chap who delivered it offered to take it to the kitchen and any food stuff that was destined for the fridge or the freezer were in special bags! I would use them again.
I use waitrose mainly, tesco occasionally tried asda twice, paid the delivery charge then they only delivered about half of what i had ordered because I didn't want substitutes. When its things like icecream and fresh goods, they get to me in better nick being delivered than if I shopped because the van id refrigerated.
