These are egg-shaped "wash-balls" and they are good in parts! They work OK if things are only lightly soiled and don't have stains. They are no good for "whites" and your machine will start to smell unpleasant because they contain nothing to inhibit the growth of bacteria and moulds.
On balance, probably a poor purchase!
