I have an adidas waterproofed jacket which i wash on a cool wash and everytime it comes out it is severely creased all over and obviously i can't iron it as it's made from plastic but surely there's a way to take out the creases as i can't wear it like this.

It's like the one on the right

Is it lined on the inside, perhaps a cool iron so the heat won't melt the plastic?

The only other idea I have, is press it with a damp cloth/towel between the plastic and the iron.

Yes it's lined with a light meshed material on the inside.

The washing instructions state

40 degree wash

No ( Pic of triangle shape ) whatever that means

Square with a circle and dot within the circle ( I think this means washing machine )

No ironing

A circle with the letter P inside of it and it's 100% polyester if that helps?
Square with a circle and dot within the circle means tumble dry at low temperature. Maybe tumble-drying would get the creases out?
Question Author
Calibax i don't think so as originally i tumble dried it and realised that it was on low heat and was the probable cause of the creases due to the heat constricting the polyester fibres so the next time turned off the heat and tumble dried but same problem :(
Hang it up when damp and run a warm hairdryer over it.
dont spin it let it drip dry
