Nah A turbo trainer is an A framed device that you clamp the back of a racing bike into and sit and pedal for ages....it's great! (though I suspect Mrs S would be a lot more fun)

Yes, I was wrong. It seems that only Sussex is sloshing around in wet stuff at the moment. It's to brighten up as the day goes on I believe. Hope so. I'd rather have the fffffreezing cold than rain.
