The 'report 'button

Do ALL questions on the site have this...are there ever any exceptions?

The reason I ask is that I came across a question like this the other day....I though maybe I HAD reported it,and had forgotten. But another ABer noticed the same thing. Any ideas???

on some threads in the past it has not been there and I am pretty sure the Ed is not a troll, I was logged on and grey

I was logged on also...and I was certainly NOT green

Any new registration is green for 2 weeks

If a thread has been banned by being reported X amount of times. Then the Ed decides it can stay...it gets reinstated without the report function.

That's how it use to be anyway....

I'm green and in six months I'll probably still be green. Could someone sxplain who or what trolls are and the protocols regarding reporting. Seen it mentioned and few times and did otice that at times whole sections of postings had disappeared - thought I had imagined it!!!!!! Why for do people be reported - I mean other than for bad grammar and spelling and the like?

Razzle....if you look at the area just under the question box,you will see 'report this question'..click on that and a number of options for reporting a question will come up.

...and no-you can't be reported for bad grammer or spelling

errr...why are you green yet you've been on here for 6 months??
