Present for lady I've never met

There's an accounts lady who works for one of our clients who has been a huge help to me this year so when it comes to us giving out our customers 'gifts' (usually wine, beer, etc) I'd like to include something extra specifically for her.

I've only ever spoken to her on the phone so no idea what sort of person she is (other than lovely). I think she must be around 50ish.

Can you suggest anything that isn't really boring and shows I was thinking of just her in the region of £10-£15?

Oh, I think she also once told me she doesn't drink.
Flowers. Most women love them
A gift token or flowers?
really anything, Evian, it's more the thought that counts - so I would keep it simple for you like a box of chocs or a spa voucher or something like that
It's got to be flowers hasn't it?

I'd rather something I can send a bit more discreetly, there are other ladies who work there that might get a bit jel. Plus I've never really been a fan of flowers, they die after a week.

Chocolates are boring. And I don't know if she likes chocolate.
A nice houseplant or floral plant arrangement which will last longer than a bunch of flowers.
Book token, maybe.
One of those sets from Boots/Bodyshop.
You don't know how old she is Evian...and voices can be very deceptive with regard to age. Is there no one at the company you can speak to ?

Something cosmetic: hand or body cream, shower gel, beautiful soap etc.

My cousin sent me a gift basket with all these lovely products, really cheered me up. I think you can have the gift sent direct to the recipient without any mention of price.
In that case stick an M&S voucher in with her Xmas card and a note thanking her for all the extra effort she put in for you
Body shop basket. I know flowers are lovely but they soon die.
there are interesting ones like chilli chocs - however the vouchers are certainly more of a discreet route - gift token to a cinema? M&S card?........in addition to the other suggestions

I'm thinking something along the cosmetic lines is a good idea. That way it's just for her but if she doesn't really like it then she's got a free gift she can pass on to someone else at Crimbo. :)
