Present for lady I've never met

There's an accounts lady who works for one of our clients who has been a huge help to me this year so when it comes to us giving out our customers 'gifts' (usually wine, beer, etc) I'd like to include something extra specifically for her.

I've only ever spoken to her on the phone so no idea what sort of person she is (other than lovely). I think she must be around 50ish.

Can you suggest anything that isn't really boring and shows I was thinking of just her in the region of £10-£15?

You can get a few nice gifty things from The Body Shop and have it sent directly to her:

Can you get magic wands that cheap?! bargain.
Hotel Chocolat Voucher or Chocolates

Thanks for all the suggestions. Think I'll go with the smellies/cosmetic idea. I'll have a look at the links you've given me. Thanks!
I think cosmetics is a really bad idea Evian - its too personal -for me a voucher is not boring -its great! I can buy what I want or put it towards something I perhaps would not have bought because it was too expensive.
If you are required to speak to her again on the phone and you are familiar with each other, just slip in a "So you ready for xmas?". Her answer may give you a clue as to what she is doing, what she may need etc..... Just an idea

Hhmm, I usually hate vouchers. I never get them for anybody. I just feel they are cop out.

But then I guess it's not like I'm buying a gift for my beloved granny. Just some lady who's been extra helpful.

Yeah, I probably will JD but possibly not in time to get something before I go away next month and when the lads go and deliver it all to their office.

A really good box of biscuits
A vase. No point having flowers if you've got nothing to put them in!
I don't know any one that writes letters...We all use e-mail
Trying to personalise a gift for someone you don't know is a bit tricky Evian.
Hi Evian

I like the organiser idea. Always a handy thing to have. Not too personal either, but she will remember how thoughtful you are all year round.

Mazie, that's not a letter writing set, it's just an organiser.

That's what I thought 2SP. Maybe I'll go and have a look at them in the shop.
I'm 50 something and I'm with magsmay, pop a voucher inside a Christmas card (Boots/M&S maybe).
Well, I have no idea what you can buy, but I would just like to say that if I were the lady in question, the very idea that someone wanted to thank me in this way would make me very happy - and I don't think I would care WHAT the gift was!
