Absolute air pressure at sea level is 14.7 psi. That is 14.7 psi above the pressure of the vacuum.

It depends on whether the 150 psi is absolute or relative.

Absolute pressure - 150 psi above vacuum
14.7 / 150 = 0.098 cu metres

Relative pressure - gauge pressure (above atmospheric)
14.7 / (150 + 14.7) = 0.089 cu metres
