pressure?
3H2 + N2 = 2NH3

A high pressure would therefore move the equilibrium to the right giving you more of the product you want.

Temperature is also a factor and as the forward reaction is exothermic a high temperature would favour the backwards reaction. In practice a high temperature and and pressure are used as this gives the greatest rate of reaction and the highest yield of ammonia
also if you continue to draw off the one of the products it will force the reaction in that direction
