Does anyone know how much CO2 is emitted in the course of generating 1KW of power at the point of consumption (including distribution losses).. Gas and/or Coal generation would help.

Standard DEFRA figure based on the mix of generation we have in the UK is 0.43 kg of CO2 per kWh.
