Mackarel Mousse

I was out for dinner recently and was served a Mackeral Mousse with oatcakes, and it was fabulous. I have searched everywhere to see if I can find this but have been unsuccessful, does anyone have any ideas where I could buy some or does anyone have a receipe?

Mousse
100g/4oz smoked mackerel fillets
juice � lemon
300ml/�pt double cream
2 tsp creamed horseradish
Beat cream to soft peak and add rest of ingredients.

More a pate than mousse but very nice

I have just googled recipes for you and there are quite a few variatians on ingredients so it will probably be hard to find the exact taste that you enjoyed but there is this recipe which seems quite tasty.
