Can a human body retreive fluid for use once it has passed from the kidney into the bladder. Say for example if the body was severly dehydrated (after a period of hydration resulting in liquid filling up the bladder) and placed in very hot conditions with no water imbibed could the body retreive any remaining liquid in the bladder.

I thought all urine regulation was done by the kidney and once it was in the bladder it was a one way ticket out of town. AFAIK, the bladder is just a holding area, it certainly doesn't have the nephron infrastructure required for urine regulation.

No, it can't under any circumstances

people have kidney failure and not bladder failure and once the kidneys go that's it....

The bladder is transitional - non keratinising squamous ? epithelium. These cells have no fluid regulating functions whatsoever - excretion or absorption.

I don't know PP, after a couiple of pints I have chronic bladder failure...
You could pee it into a cup and retrieve it...
