Try clicking on the green arrow on right hand corner of blank screen, I have the same problem.

Thank you for your help, sorry I could not get on to reply, everything appears fine this morning ~ I have made a note of what BIRDIE 73 had said, should this happen
again. I was unable to get into ALL the questions yesterday yet I could still post
a question, ah well another day has dawned and everything is fine
