How do place an image/icon next to your Answerbank name ?

Click on the band at the top of the screen where it says 'Want an Avatar?' There are instructions there.

I have tried clicking and following the instruction but it still has not worked for me,
(many times over the past week) so I've now given up.

lots of members have problems at first here's a couple of hints, first is the email address you used to sign into gravatar the same as you use for Ab.you can check and alter this by going to your Ab profile, then log out of Ab clear your cache ( go to tools, internet options, browser history, delete) and log back in and see what happens all being well it will work but it sometimes takes a while to kick in. When you reistered in gravatar did you remember to click on "G" before submitting? best of luck and keep trying most people have had some problem
