Controversial threads on race, religion and Politics have been withdrawn in increasing numbers over the past 6-8 months culminating in an interesting thread on the BNP by pussy today.

In my opinion this is a retrograde step and is obscuring and suppressing open debate and will entice people to move away from AB.

Perhaps it's the poster rather than the thread itself. There's a controversial thread in S&C right now with far worse on there and that's fine. I also suspect that the rather dim postings of the muppet who wanted people on FB earlier might not have helped.
