I did read it, perhaps the ED would be better employed, answering email complaits about all ther faults on this site.
Wow this is getting all too tedious and just becoming a play on words on your part to twist what I have actually said.
As an example - if you say that Pakistanis are a threat against this country and we should close the border between here and Pakistan (which you have stated previously), I would point out that more Irish terrorists have killed people in this country that Pakistani terrorists but you don't call for the closure of our borders with Ireland
You seem to have a preconceived fixation towards the Irish.
Yes I have stated in the past that perhaps the border between here and Pakistan should be closed. The simple reason being that at that time it was news topical that there was a problem of some (not all) of our young Muslims traversing back and forward to Pakistan to be trained in the terrorists training grounds of Pakistan.
And yes, if at the time of the IRA terrorists attacks in Britain, there was a site such as AB I don't suppose I would not have been on my own calling for the free passage between Ireland and Britain to be curtailed.
So if I hated George Bush, you now think that I hate the Americans? I also hated Pol Pot - does this mean that I hated Cambodians.
One again the ploy of the play on words, it is obvious to anyone of reasonable intelligence that when one makes a point of hating a certain politician or figurehead etc. they are not saying they hate the whole of the people of the race or country he or she belongs to. But having said that when reprisals are taken against these persons, it is generally not the guilty that gets hurt.

This time I agree 100% this is indeed what I said, but once again you have taken it out of context. I was merely referring to the fact that it was time for their protest to be removed from the streets of London, and if they wished to protest about happenings thousands of miles away, perhaps they would be better employed returning to Sri Lanka and voicing their opinions there.

Perhaps not you personally but many have in fact, they are always ready to hark back to slavery or the Empire in their quest to blame the British. Firstly I agree with Fender - AB would not be the same without you (AOG) and I have said so on many prvious occasions.
I dislike many of your arguments (just as I assume you dislike many of mine) but as I have previously stated, i do not believe that banning is the answer.
Right, back to discussion:
I certianly remember being around when there was IRA bombing in this country and although AB wasn't about, I don't recall anyone asking for or calling for Irish immigration to be banned. But that is what is happening at the moment with Pakistan. I have no animosity towards the Irish (or any other fixation), however I find it a useful comparission to what is happening in the current climate.
Most people seem to forget about what happened with the IRA bombing campaign - as I have previously said they have killed more people in this country that any Muslim organisation - however we are living in a far more state of fear now (and the government insist that we need less freedom and more laws to curtail this problem).
I use the Irish as a good example of how the majority of immigrants are completely integrated into this country - just as the majority of Muslims are integrated into this country.

You have stated that you believe that the people protesting at the High Commission 'hated' the British and you implied that the potential asylum seekers (who have lost their home and families) are terrorists.
Why else would they burn an effigy of Foreign Secretary David Miliband during a demonstration outside the British High Commission in Sri Lanka.
