I hope some-one out there can help me please?

I went out tues evening , and taped the living 2 programme . it started at 9.00.? (cant remember now)
My other half thought it was on for just half and hour ?!
But watching it tonight, I realised that it came on again after the news --flipping heck -- missed the other half of it. it was very touching , a real tearjerker.

How can I look up to see if its on again please.
