Sorry, but your question is meaningless as it stands.

Firstly, there are no units for the measurements. (mm? cm?).

Secondly, assuming that it's a price per square metre which is required, we need the know the price for the full sheet.

However, this might give you a starting point:

If the measurements are in mm (i.e. 2400mm x 600mm), as seems likely, lets first convert them to metres. 2400mm = 2.4m. 600mm = 0.6m.

So the area of the sheet of flooring is (2.4 x 0.6) sqare metres = 1.44 square metres.

To find the price of 1 square metre, you need to divide the price of the sheet (which you've not told us) by 1.44.

Oh, now I've read your other thread, and found that the price of the sheet is �6.

Assuming that your measurements are in mm, we know that the area of the sheet = 1.44 square metres (as above).

So the price of 1 square metre is �6 � 1.44 = �4.17 (to the nearest penny).
