elcee45, I still scan and use the pen solely to write in my answers to the postal entry just in case I make a mistake copying,

Good idea Katburd I may just do the same. Mistakes are easily made when when copying. My sister also does crosswords and does not have a scanner so I have ordered a pen for her also.

Hi Katburd yes went to Scotland and always
enjoy going, sometime I just go on Stena Sealink
I enjoy the journey. Sadly this time I was going for
my cousin's funeral, I could kick myself - all those
times I was over and didn't call in to see her, it was
nice to see other distant cousins and friends.

Did I tell you about the time I copied the crossword
upside down, wrong glasses on, oh and by the
way I did't win still waited on the postman.

Well at long last I have completed this one, with
your help, I do thank you, I remember I use to
have this crossword in the post by 12 noon on a
Tuesday and the Saturday one - and then BANG
they go an get a new crossword compiler, ( I had
e-mailed DR/SundayMail who confirmed this.
Aah thats life. Must copy it out now.
