henry im no expert but i reckon at age 16 your opinion wouldnt make any difference if your daughter or even son wanted to pose topless.
unmless someone has googled a lini saying otherwise.
i would assume she or he would come and tell you .unless you had made it obvious your violent intent , in which case i expect it would go ahead and youd be oblivious until it was pointed out to you.-

I have three daughters, the youngest is nineteen, so they are all past the age of needing my approval to do as they wish.

I have mixed feelings about this - as a man I would always look at such pictures, but not seek them out.

As a dad, I would want any of my girls to be happy doing what ever they do - and I don't think posing would be it.

Having not seen any of them naked from the age of about nine, I would try and avoid examples of their work - for their sakes rather than mine, and I would explain that such an occupation carries society's perceptions with it - but not mine, my love for them is unconditional.

Exactly Henry.I see where john was coming from.But in all honesty it is the 21st century , and though you might not like the idea of your daughter posing for page 3 pics.It is a British thing and the odds are someones 16 or 17 year old daughter will pose.And bear in mind the photographer may be female or even homosexual , so inserting the camera anally is a bit of a drastic reaction.

I dont think you can answer "if they were living under my roof..etc...etc". As Legend rightly said if at 16 they were dead set on doing something and you tried to put your foot down, you are in danger of them leaving home and doing it anyway!

As a parent to a 20 year old girl who's a real stunner (If i do say so myself!) I guess I wouldn't be that happy if this was an avenue she wanted to go down- but if she's making money, and doesn't mind doing it, who am I to say it's wrong? I'd have hoped that during her upbringing i'd have instilled in her what's right and wrong and I'd have to accept her judgement in this matter.

I don't have a daughter but I dont think I Would mind what she did as long as she was safe and comfortable doing it. Looking at my own daughters breasts wouldn't bother me, if she was doing more than flashing her boobs I wouldnt want to see it but I would try and be as supportive as I could be.
