after after 10 long days i have finally been released from the dungeoun!!!!!!!!


im reeling with the shock of the whole experience and cant quite believe im out!!! someone slap me please, i need to know im not dreaming. not too hard though!


I would love to say i have lost weight during my time down there but i didnt ! :-(

Even though it was tough in there, i do have to say, they looked after me well, i was with a good bunch,but i wont be going back!!!!

nothing the builder! Honestly! I was innocent of any wrong doing, thats why it was so frustrating.

Just seems to ban me if i post on BETA! I am staying well and truely out of there!

monty, i did see him, he's a shadow of his former self! Its all very very heart wrenching to witness, i think i will be permanently scarred by this experience. i saw lots in there that i cant even bring myself to talk about,, not yet anyway, however i am going to see Graham from the JK show next week to try to work through my problems .
