I would have thought the word ought to be emeritus, but that doesnt fit with the pattern you have given

Rupert Murdoch once kicked one of his editors upstairs, saying his new job would be editor emeritus. When the editor asked what that meant, Muroch said 'It's Latin - e means you're out and meritus means you deserve it.'
