The first two certainly would be disallowed on the basis that they contain more than the maximum permissable number of characters (18). The third would be disallowed on the basis of the ambiguity of its phonetics (it could be mistaken for Cee Bee.)
by my count, sexy disciplinarian has 18 characters, so it wouldn't be outed on that score. unless we're counting the space.
anyway, i reckon both of the first two names would be too much of a mouthful for the race commentators quite apart from certain other connotations of an exotic nature.

the rules prohibits 'suggestive names, vulgar and obscene meanings ...

so Sexy Disciplinarian would be ruled out by the above

See Bee - is probably ruled out for a number of reasons: it is may cause confusion when called out ...... or perhaps because the letter B is synomous with a couple of swear words ...... or because it stands for CB (Citizen Band)

I gather the 18 characters includes spaces - hence some longer names writtenasoneword...

Correct Mike b, which is why Sexy Disciplinarian would be ruled out, notwithstanding the suggestiveness of the name.

Incidentally, the powers that be do appear to have a sense of humour and will occasionally allow "suggestive" names. There is a horse currently in training called Geespot, which is by a stallion called Pursuit of Love out of a mare called My Discovery.
