To me one of the best things about being older is I no longer have to go to nightclubs and can say 'no' if asked and not worry what people think of me.

Being young was great because playing out for hours was never seen as exercise but pure joy.

Each to their own diana.m! It's really those loud ravey ones I always hated. I love a dance with my kids or in my kitchen but prefer a bike ride for exercise ta.
I'm only in my 30s but in my head and in my heart i'm still 19 i've never done nightclubs as such but a few years ago i discovered one particular place that will just play 70s and 80s,thats my type of place cant be done with all that house, rave s**t,wont be too long till my eldest can come with me,by then i'll be at least 18,yeah i wish!

LOL sunflower. Yes, it's great staying in on a weekend night without feeling like you are missing out on life!

However being young was better in that it didn't take several days to recover from a good night out!

i'm 19 nearly 20 and my mum is 43 ish i think!
Every 4-8 weeks i go out with my mum and my aunty whos around about the same age as my mum. Nobody forces them to but its just abloody good laugh with me being rather young and them being more 'mature' well thats the theory anyway.I'm 19 and i dont go out everyweek i much prefer to stay in and watch telly or go out for a nice curry etc. I find that going out every week/weekend absolutely exhausts me so my days already are done doing that
