morning, Sunday already, where has this week gone. I hope that you are all as well as can be, and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today? The weather forecast for the capital is a high of 28c and partly sunny. That will be nice i must say,
if i can get out today, as i am waiting for a courier delivery which should have been here yesterday. Still it's getting warmer for the next week or so, goody.

I woke very early, and was posting same but managed some more sleep and now feel fine. I think it's going to be a lovely day.

Not very well at the moment Emmie.COPD getting worse.

so sorry to hear that, are you seeing GP, hospital for it..

I am on home oxygen therapy.

i do hope this week is warm as i shall be out of town and the weather holds. I am off to see the family and can't wait. Apart from winter time, when i have been down there in the summer its been consistently hot, just what the doctor ordered.

yes surprisingly so, seeing how in two days i haven't had that much sleep, but the day is just starting and it's beautiful. Blue sky, no cloud and i hope it stays that way.

i am reverting to my 20's i think..

i just bought my first trainers for years, fila brand and though i haven't got them yet, think they will be very comfortable.

You may need some new knees to do that Em.

I know I need a few new bits and pieces to help me along the way,,,,
