morning, Monday and another Bank Holiday rolls around, I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Anything planned for today?

Morning Emmie. Was fast asleep for a rare change, then Molly(one of my cats/kittens) decided to jump on my head to wake me up lol. So have been downstairs to feed them both. Nothing planned for today - have had terrible couple of days painwise so may just be lazy and chill in front of tv. MrSmow if feeling much better thank goodness so that’s one less worry……

sounds a good idea to chill out, if you are in pain take the tablets and try and sleep for a while. Its what i do lately.

I hate to keep moaning/repeating myself but I am seriously struggling painwise lately. That’s why when the sun comes out and it’s warm enough I just adore being able to get into the garden for even just an hour - I adore being outside. Quite how people cope who live in flats I just don’t know.

its been a bit cloudy lately, though saturday was nice, i had no choice but to go out, even though the knees are giving me a load of pain,
to pick up a prescription. Will see how the rest of the week pans out, i have a blood test thursday so will see how i feel then.

Having said that I love my high heels, though god knows when I’ll be able to ever wear them again : (

i have never got on with high heels, tottering around ready to fall over, besides which i don't go anywhere that needs a smart outfit, and even if i did it would have to be a jacket and trousers with flatish shoes.
