Boris may face a rebellion or he may not but whatever happens I hope he’s remembered for the good he’s done and not for the mistakes he’s made , the very thought of having someone like KS running the country makes my blood run cold and by the way , I’m not writing Boris’s obituary here, I don’t have a crystal ball but it’s fast becoming a witch hunt , what next tarred & feathered ? Stocks in Parliament Square ?

Not News so I’ll put it here

As soon as you think about May's fake attempts at Brexit, you realise Boris is ok.

Hi Bobbs, well said.
Question Author
Good morning Sparklykid, how’s you ?
bobbie.....life is.....you are remembered for the negative aspects of your life.

In medicine it is always said, that you will be remembered for your last mistake.

Sorry........that is life.

Yep sadly that’s the truth Sqad, the human race is very fickle
I find it all pathetic now Bobbi. They'll all be knitting at the Gallows in readiness soon and enjoying themselves. Can't be bothered any more. Lovely day here today. I might go and get some much needed fresh air.
// what next tarred & feathered ? Stocks in Parliament Square //

Excellent suggestions ;-)

Nice day here too Pat, unfortunately another funeral to attend but on the bright side, I’ll be coming home
Doing fine,lol.
You were calling for his head a couple of weeks back, Bobs. Has the wind suddenly changed up in the North East?
I hope so too, bobbi. I'm not into politicians anyway, but especially the last few grey and wishy-washy ones. I just like that he has some oomph and gets things done- even if some of those things are wrong lol. Otherwise we are back to the interchangeable.

I think you’ll find I was somewhat resigned that he may have to go Ken but nothing at all like the viciousness of what I’ve seen both on here and on the tv
What is getting on my nerves is the constant interviews with people who have lost loved ones. Day in and Day out.
Me too, lottie. Wringing it out for all it's worth - and often for what it's not worth.
I hope he stays - I really can't think of anyone else I'd prefer to be PM at this time.

My thought on that is ! Do the media go looking for these people?
pat...I agree entirely.

But there are lies and damned lies and when the out pouring emotional stories concerning families then even the damned lies category pails into insignificance.........and that will bring down Boris
I think everyone can sympathise with them... but I don't see what difference parties would make... unless those people disagreed with lockdowns altogether.
Some may have done and were physically prevented from being with relatives, but there were also a lot of "don't be a granny killer" posts here. The problem is, nobody was allowed to decide for themselves (including granny), because the rules necessarily had to be fast and general.
Nothing would have pleased everyone.
Johnson won’t change.

He will be remembered for making tough decisions and tough rules over covid
he will be remembered blamed or praised for taking us out of the EU.
He will be mostly remembered for the zip wire stunt waving the Union Flag

Am I Right ?
I'm Not Wrong !
ich....I agree that Boris won't change, but he doesn't have to, all he needs to do is to "appear" to change.

Please don't ask me to elaborate -;)
