The little box says something like "I have read and fully accept the Terms and Conditions".

The online sale won't go through unless you tick the box.

But do you always read the T&C (usually several pages of "small print") before you tick?

I know I don't, life's too short.

For me it would depend on the type of purchase and of course the amounts involved.

I never read them but they all say the same in many pages of legal hieroglyphics: "anything good is because of us, anything bad is not our fault"!

it's wise to read insurance documents and for related reasons any travel bookings you make. Anything that a lot of money rides on.
I always read the return policy if I am buying online.
I also check that there is a proper, registered business address and phone number.
I always read the small print for insurance policies and long term contracts.
