Seen plenty online stuff about court cases whereby spouses have killed their partner etc because of lockdown restrictions etc. (and NO, I cant be bothered to provide links)
Been stuck in my flat with my son for 4 days is enough. Arguements galore...glad to be back at work! Cant imagine been stuck with either a nagging women or bullying husband (or teenage kids) for more than a few days.
Always said that man(kind) is a social animal. But we all need a bit of space as well.
How is everyone finding it??

Ok because it's just me and my dog and he's gorgeous!
Bliss, I am fine on my own.
I'm not one for arguing much, a waste of energy and there's no one here.
My argument is that the term should be "locked-up. When you leave your house, you lock it up; when you get out of your car, you lock it up; when a prisoner is incarcerated, he is locked-up...So there!:)

''Lockdown''
''Exercise''

All prison terms...

We are all prisoners essentially...
Hard going, I am self isolating for my own sanity from hubby!!!!
No real probs so far. Though I will get tired of reading in the none-too-distant. Have tried to stay in bed longer but I've never been able to just lie there trying to catch some extra zzzzzs.
Awful in my house.

//Awful in my house//
In what way ummmm?
I shouldn't complain as we are both working in the day from home but he's upstairs in a spare room and I'm in the dining room that we rarely use. However I really miss my work colleagues. It must be truly awful for some households though.
I think we’ve made a conscious effort to ‘walk away’ from any confrontations ,so far so good
They haven’t been killed because of lockdown, they have been killed because the person who committed the murder was a bully.
I am working at home so I have my space and he has his.
We're Ok but tend to be being nice to each other. (Treading on eggshells, I mean) :-)
I'm on my own, so if I could be bothered to start one, I'm (almost) certain to win an argument.
Tilly, another thread said that there was a shortage of eggs; Where are you getting yours from?:)
I live alone so not too bad, however my neighbour has being hammering, drilling... etc.. all day long. Their Children have being playing out in the garden... so they're safe. but now I think about it... I haven't heard his wife for a few days.
OH is working from home.

16yr old son sleeps till 2pm and spends the rest of his day in his room playing games.

16yr old daughter self isolates on the end of the sofa watching Disney + and moaning she’s bored between meltdowns because the toothpaste or some other unimportant object isn’t in the EXACT same place it was yesterday or that she should be on scout camp now or school is cancelled or exams are cancelled or prom is cancelled (and it took three meltdown visits to the shops to get a ladies work suit rather than a dress).

I continue to feed the nation, or rather the people of this parish via my job at the local supermarket two days a week. I’ve also joined the team that takes the deliveries to the elderly, inform and those in isolation. ( not the general home deliveries).

If I didn’t get out for those two days we would have a triple murder/ suicide.
Sanmac...local farm shop. Eggs galore.
We’re pretty relaxed about everything and if anything, the three youngest are getting on better than before. I’m working and the kids are all doing small jobs to keep things ticking over.
I've not argued with the dog yet...I do wish for someone to actually sometimes have a conversation with though.
