Put it this way. You are a danger to other decent road users and pedestrians. If I saw you drive anywhere near my kids I will personally rip your liver out and stab you in the eyes.

You are probably a chav and most definately a ned and no doubt this answer will be banned as soon as the fine bods in the editor's suite see it. But hey ho, go to hell young man as I hope you die soon before you kill any decent folk.

I agree - at best you are a stupid irresponsable idiot and deserve every thing that is coming to you . I do not expect you to understand why - because you are clearly a brain dead moron.

Your best excuse is that the voices in your head told you to do it.

It's pretty rare I agree with Ward-minter but I'm afraid on this occasion I do.

The big problem is not whether you can drive or not it's insurance.

You're driving without insurance and unless you wise up and realise how serious that is they'll throw the book at you.

Your logic is "I'm a good driver I won't have an accident" guess what? Everybody thinks that.

I suggest you have a long hard think about driving without insurance and when your case turns up tell them what conclusion you reached. Do not go into court and excuse what you've been doing by saying you needed the cash and you're a good driver really.

If you do that they will crucify you

My friend was put in hospital by a 15yr driver, he was out in 6 months and is trying to rebuild his life.

I have no doubt that the judge will take into consideration your stupidity, and will realise you are an absolute **** and give you the appropriate sentence.

I cant believe you are on this site asking for excuses, when all you need is a good kicking. Say goodbye to all your cars ******.

At first I thought this was a wind up as I imagined that nobody, even a fifteen year old, could be so stupid as to think there is a legitimate excuse for doing what you have been doing for some months.

You have not said what you have been charged with, but I imagine it is the most popular “trilogy” (that means a group of three) of driving offences, namely no Licence, no Insurance and no MoT. Each of these carries a fine. The first two carry endorsements with penalty points (if you ever get a licence) and the option of disqualification. The most serious of these, as far as the court is concerned, is no Insurance. I assume you have not been prosecuted before and so, unfortunately, you cannot be charged with driving whilst disqualified – for which you can be sent to prison, or in you case a Young Offenders’ Institute.

Don’t even think about any “icscuse for putting faulse ages in at auctions and underage driving”. There are none.

I imagine the court will disqualify you, at least until you are old enough to drive. Since you probably have no income they will be unable to impose a realistic fine upon you. Nonetheless for the offence of no insurance you can be sentenced to a Community Rehabilitation Order (probation). And I hope you are. It might (and that’s a big might) help sort you out.

You seem to have no idea of the risk you pose to the public by doing what you have done. Your belief that you are “doing no harm” really means “I have done no harm up to now”. It is only a matter of time before you do. Part of me hopes that you ignore any driving ban you are given and are caught driving (hopefully before you’ve had a chance to cause any harm). Then, at least, you may be on the way to getting the punishment you deserve.

Can't improve on what has been said, except for the bit about stabbing in the eyes and getting my shirt mucky.

Hey all, this has GOT to be the ''wind up'' machine back in action again, I can hear somebody laughing at all your high blood pressures!!

First of all you say " I am a good driver" How would you know? Being a good driver requires 3 elements. Knowledge, skill and attitude. I doubt you have sufficient knowledge, you have been lucky with your skill and you certainly do not have the correct attitude.

You say you are doing no harm. How would you compensate for any crash you had your fault or not or passify any grieving parents for the loss of a child that they care and love? Unlike your own parent/gaurdian who obviously do not care judgingby the lack of parental supervision they have shown you.

Clearly you are in need of some education and lets hope yu get it when you are old enough to understand.

I really hope this post is a wind up,

What a bloodthirsty lot you are! Now that you've all beaten the poor lad to a pulp perhaps I can point out that he does not appear to be a joyrider just a young, naive boy with a working interest in the car business. He needs to learn that in order to run a motor business and drive on the roads he has to do this all legally. He claims to be a good driver and in other threads he claims to be a mechanic. Whilst he undoubtedly has some talent, at his age he clearly has no qualification as yet for either.

I do not condone what he has done but at least he should be admired for his business spirit. One day in the future you may buy a car from him! It concerns me however, that there appears to have been no parental control over his actions for some reason.

My advice would be; put on hold your business dealings until you can do it all legally, use that time to gain some qualification so that you can legitimately call yourself a driver or mechanic. Tell the Court you are sorry, you were stupid, made a mistake and did not consider the implications of your age in your eagerness to make your way in the world. Learn from this and be honest in the future because all secondhand car dealers are very honest, aren't they?

15 years old driving a recovery truck, on the first day he's owned it, fro Scotland down to London. Sounds like a windup to me.

If it is true young man then I congratulate you, you appear to be the sort of cocky little sod that gets the rest of us paying too much tax, in order to send your kind to institutions. It will probably be blamed on a bad childhood, your hamster died when you were 3, you never knew your dad, etc and you'll get a smacked wrist and a holiday in Spain.

For how long have ages had to be given at auctions when buying a car?

Little g!t I hope they throw the book at you and chop your hands off! If this isn't a wind up then I hope you never get a licence and spend the rest of your sorry days in prison giving joy to the older generation there! I hope the Inland revenue catches up with you as well they could really hang you out to dry!
hmmm, im 16 n I buy and sell cars too, i also drive them, but off the road, (or on the lanes) but not on the fuckin M1! so i half understand where you are coming from

its fair enough buying the cars n selling them, but driving them underage too and from the auctions is not tooo clever.

my best advice, n i know its hard, is to make yourself into an idiiot, 2 tell them, that you didnt understand the princibles and severity of driving underage, that you thaught that by driving the cars because you were colecting them, you thaught that that was legal, and it was only illegal to drive for general use underage.

thats about all i can give, gd luck, (but not if ur a chav, if u are u deserve to rot in jail for swearing at me coz ive got long hair, more money than you and a better life, or for taking the mic out of a disabled person, n being an arsehole)

Jam
but i also agree with Jake the peg, do not use the im a good driver plot, coz ull screw urself in the arse with that one,,,

u didnt need to lie about ur age at the auctions, u can buy a car at what ever age, i own 4 at the moment, n im 16 and i am the registered owner of them, n they no im 16,,,

u shud of taken the back lanes m8
stanleymans correct too
Age is no reason to prevent driving.
Competence should be the rule.
If anybody passes the test , whatever age, let them drive,
with insurance.
This would rid our roads of many bad drivers.

I was driving tractors and land rovers at 12 years old.

I have never caused an accident, but I have been a victim of a few.
