It's the weekend yet again. Yesterday turned out sunny and warm after the initial cold snap. My bluebells are in bloom! Crazy! I'm keeping an eye out for tiggy. Not seen him yet.

Afternoon oz. Almost mate. It went to two hours, but plenty of coffee and bickies. We got a lot done, which was the main thing.

How's you mate?

All good here, after a few cool days the mercury has moved, 36c in the shade.
A bit more consistency would be nice.

Got to do some mucking out today. The hall and kitchen floors need a wash. I know how to have fun!

Surprised you weren't an Entertainment Officer for P&O in a previous career. "Today passengers we have organised deck swabbing, grab a mop each and follow me" ;-).

Oh well, floors don't clean themselves.

A quiet evening for me, fingers crossed. Mrs Oz and youngest are off to a birthday party, Mrs Oz for a little while, master Oz will sleep where he drops.
Other Master Oz is up north white water rafting, lucky sod.

It's the right place for it mate. The floors really do need doing. We're just being told about the weather. Not too bad today, but cold air on it's way.
Oh well; it had to stop sometime!

I remember in Malaya, weekend parties on the beach. Start Friday evening and finish in time for first parade Monday morning. There would be families there, and the nurses from the military hospital. Great fun!

The Kiwis would be there, the wives usually did the cooking, food from NZ, oz UK and Nepal. Yes, we had Gurkhas with us.

Just outside Glasgow!! Work colleages who live in & around are literally snowed under.... Wouldnt lie here as the grounds wet!
Its beautiful to look at but i hate the chaos that comes with it ... Im well thanks, you?? - just tired! Been a night of no sleep for some reason!!
