In terms of the hourly fee paid for time on screen, who is Britains most highly paid TV star?

Can anyone help please. My pc has been down for a week and I just can't find this answer.

Fern Britton, reputedly the highest paid woman on British TV, earns �500,000 per year! Again, don't know about hourly rate - she is part-time.

David Starkey signed a contract worth �75,000 per hour but I don't know if this would be the most highly paid.

How about the queen, I know she only appears once a year but she is a regular TV star in our house.

Thanks Del, I had thought about the Queen but the answer required is for an actor or actress. Had to post the quiz off today, so will now sit and wait for the results next Thursday. Thank you everyone for the help.
