Picture 1 gbq

I know this is a gbq 196 question but can anyone point me in the right direction to the identity of the gentleman in picture 1?

Frank23 - I know the AB rules say you can ask any question, but the GBQ rules say that you do the hard work yourself, so please abide by the quiz rules. Mine has already been posted with many blank spaces (and completely painless it was as well).

Oh - and I didn't get the answer to the chess question in the last quiz.

squarebear - I think your maths needs some work? All I'm doing with Frank23 is pointing out GBQ rules that he is fully aware of, but time and time again chooses to ignore. As I have already stated, Ab rules "allow" any questions (within reason), but anyone who enters a quiz should abide by the rules of that quiz - or is that too obvious?
