Good Morning Early Birds!

Wednesday. Been up an hour and a half. A moggie trying to have a go at tiggy. Moggie left rapidly. Tiggy is fine. Moggie got a beak full of prickles.

My new heating system is being installed on the 15th. I'm assured it will save me a lot of money. That'll do nicely. :o}

A bit warmer this morning, some stars on show so I hope it lasts.

It will only take two days to completely replace the entire system, so I'm told. Very little mess as they will be putting in new pipework as well. The old ones will be cut off and drained then sealed. (they are under the floor.) Wonderful...I hope!

I was typing away and it disappeared! So start again.

It went well thanks albs. Another tab to take, a more powerful pain killer for night time. My GP is retiring at the end of November. I shall miss her, she's been a friend for many years. She tells me a new young lady is taking over from her. She's going to make sure I'm on her list and that we should get on well as she has a good sense of humour. She said she's going to miss me because I always make her laugh! :o}

Albs, yes, all seems ok -- so far anyway. Going walkies over The Downs this morning so no nice brekkie for me. Only boring old granola, chopped banana and Greek yogurt and a cup of Earl Grey. Maybe tomorrow I'll have something more exciting.

Glad it went well, was going through my FIL's repeat thingy yesters, didn't you mention amytriptilene or summat like that when Sweetcheeks was talking about his poorly back?

Not up to much Jan, trundling to gp's (various) to hand in repeats and pick up repeats, just hope I go to the right ones for the right jobs!
oh, and anything else I can think of to avoid playing with an iron :-D

I did tell her she was too young to retire. 'Same old flannel!' was the reply! :o}

anyone who says they are cutting through concrete floors without making a mess is telling porkies..make sure you have lots of plastic sheeting around furniture and hanging over doors like an isolation unit in hossie...and keep away if you have any kind of respritory condition..
