Could some early bird explain the wordplay on the following:- 23a Keeping low quality newspaper for number in rock - STORAGE. (I don't get 'number in rock') 20d Rose in shed wrinkled - CREASED. (Ceased doesn't mean shed)

rock= STONE. Replace N(umber) with RAG (low quality newspaper)

Rose = INCREASED; shed the IN. I was stuck on this too but it suddenly hit me as I read your post.
