System Error

Can anyone help please..when we switch our computer on it now comes up with a message...Window-System Error A duplicate name exists on the network.
We have googled it but can find no information on what it means or what to do.

Sometimes happens if you've got a computer connected by a wired connection and a wireless connection at the same time to the same router. disconnected one of the connections if this is the case.
