Lazy Co Workers???

I work with the occassional relief support worker,today this relief came in showered one service user, myself and another did the other three, i got breakfast ready, dispensed meds, she did one, got the washing started, dont know she put in a load,did other chores, she plonked herself down obn a bean bag watching a film, i took a guy to the doctors, another went shopping with a service user, i told her what was for lunch, and she said she would wait for me to come back cos she wasnt sure what that was, tuna toasties ffs, then still watched telly, took my guys to have a nap, she basically sat on her arse for the whole shift arrrgh!!!

And i bet she got paid more then you and the other worker

No chelsea she got paid the same as me,we dont use agency anymore due to the high cost, the girl used to work along side us,but now has another job, just does the occasional relief work!!!
