Returned e-mails

I use Outlook to send e-mails from my Freeserve e-mail address. Recently, most of the e-mails I have sent to friends with an ntl e-mail account have been returned undelivered with either error 421 or 452 (I think). Is this my fault or theirs and what can I do about it (if anything)?

Thanks - I thought I had but you know what thought did....

I don't use OE only web mail. But all my e-mails from my msn address to NTL are always returned. OK with my other e-mail addresses.
