Trouble with e-mails.

I'm hoping a technophobe out there will help. Recent e-mails to a friend in the States are being returned as unable to deliver. I have not had this problem with this address before. He states the problem must be with my connection and not his, but I have no problem with my other friends over there and elsewhere. Even hitting the reply button when he sends me one is being returned. Any help to put this right would be gratefully appreciated.

Has he got a standard - yahoo, hotmail one..or are we looking at a business email?? cant see why that would make a difference though..

If he can send from it, and it bounces back if you try and reply from it, that is odd.

Is it only this email thats causing you problems?

Hi! JackDanielsU and thanks for the reply. Yes, it is only this one that is causing me problems and this is why I am puzzled. It is odd in the sense that it has only recently started to do this with this address. I have had no problems before with this address. He is on embarquemail.com and it is his personel computer at home. I hope you can help me futher as it's very frustrating not being able to keep in touch and phone calls are so expensive from here!

What does the message say that you receive saying it is undeliverable? Maybe his inbox is full and not accepting anymore emails. It should say in the email you receive back.
