The bottom boot clasp on my 2005 Nissan Micra has undone. The nuts have fallen into the body. I have the clasp and screws but can't see how to replace

I don't know what you mean by "bottom boot clasp ". I suggest you invest in one of these if you intend to do minor repairs to your car:

I mean the u shaped metal lug fixed by two nuts and bolts that holds the boot closed
I understand what you mean now - thanks. I'm not at all familiar with your car and it's not a problem I've ever had with any of my cars. In the worst case you might end up having to remove the bumper to get access to the bottom of the clasp. The Haynes manual might give you a clue. I can't even think of a bodge unless you think it could be welded into place.
