As I’ve been in bed most of the day with flu like symptoms, I wanted to gauge my own opinion instead of sound bites about it, to date I see a very privileged boy/man and much jealousy against his older brother ( or so it seems) a person who has mental health issues and much as I thought originally, someone who is blaming ever but himself , throughout he blames the paps and the media ( understandable) he’s pressing a self destruct button as it goes on,he’s starts with his childhood then his time at both Ludgrove and Eton, I can’t see anyway back for him after reading much of it

I won’t be buying his book but I read today that he called his father ‘an emotionally backward and ineffective old man’. I don’t know if that’s in the book or whether he said it in a US interview.

I haven’t yet come across that yet Naomi
Hiya, bobbi, nice to see you again :-). I haven't read this yet, but might well do soon.
Without reading it yet, my opinion is that Harry is doing himself no favours- and I have never had anything against him or Meghan so far. But- it sounds like pretty much washing dirty linen in public, towards people who have too much class to fight back. I doubt anyone envies his life or position- but he has the chance now to move on, quietly and privately- and probably should do.
I think it might have been said on US television. I think he’s done a few spots lately. Disgraceful wherever it was said. So disrespectful.
Ps- hope you feel better soon xx
I have sympathy with him to a point - I can't imagine how he felt everyone he read claims that Hewitt is his dad - but his current behaviour is abhorrent

Back at ya Pix, in it he says he never wanted to be known as being the Naughty one but that’s exactly what he’s been and is

Hi Tilly I doubt I’d have bothered to line his linen suit pockets had I not been ‘laid up ‘ haha
I think part of the problem is his residence in the States where this sort of exposé seems to be encouraged by the mucky media and its eager adherents (a trend gradually creeping across the pond unfortunately).
1.4m doesn't sound as many as I would have thought, worldwide. It would be interesting to see if there is a difference in public views after...

I think public opinion will worsen for them to be honest Pixie
I agree Bobbisox, he's shot himself in the foot.
It does sound likely.
Whatever else- I don't think many people respect any kind of "attack" on people who can't realistically defend themselves.
It already has Bobbi - Harry favourability rating minus 44 down from minus 38 last week (yougov poll)

Prince Harry’s controversial, tell-all memoir Spare has become the fastest-selling non-fiction book of all time, after shifting 1.43 million copies during its first day on sale in the UK, US, and Canada.
