I have given NS&I my bank details online, if I have a win and the money goes direct into my bank, will they inform me of the win by post?

I usually get an email from them to tell me that I have won a prize. You can get it paid into your bank account or reinvested and paid into your premium bond account.

Thanks wolf!
No, NS&I will send you an email or text. Of course you can check online from the 2nd of the month (or the 2nd working day of the month) if you can't wait.
I had three small wins last year, but they only told me about two of them.
I always check as soon as possible, can't wait for the email
Yes they will. You don't have to do anything. I was informed by email that I had won a prize in the November draw, It turned out to be £100 which stopped me removing my savings to put them into an account offering a lowish interest amount.
But they no longer notify by post, which is what the OP asked
You're right Barry, not by post.

In the old days they used to post you a cheque. Now it just appears in your bank account.
Much better now
