Good morning. The cat was asking for a midnight snack, so after bowing to her demands I thought I'd pop in here. No great plans for today just a another casual clean around the apartment. It's supposed to be sunny and 24, so I might spend some time on the balcony. I have a southern exposure so get the sun for most of the day.

that's nice, we could do with some warmth down our way, the capitals forecast is for 23c partly sunny, which if yesterday was anything to go by wasn't great. Still i have no particular plans, so will see how the day pans out.

After 3 hours of raking leaves I reckon it's time for some different therapy.

it's not been warm enough to sit outside lately, otherwise i would have had lunch in the park, i met up with a mate yesterday and we had quite a natter over several coffees. I am meeting another mate tomorrow, just for coffee, she has just got back from Greece and will tell me all about it i'm sure.

you don't have to go overboard with the tipples, just enough to whet your whistle.
