Morning, emmie, I have no big plans for Friday as I had such an exciting, exhilarating Thursday. Now wait for it...I went out to buy gas and decided to get a car-wash, so I now remember the colour of my car. Next, I went to the beer store, and to top the day off (Maybe that should be "lop" the day off) I got a haircut...Now how's that for excitement!

how the weather holding up, snow or has that gone now

i am in so much pain now that i can't think straight, i have a call later at 4pm from my clinician at the MSK clinic, about the MRI scan, i hope he can help me.

It's going down to -20 tonight and up to -12 during the day with a forecast of around 6" of snow.

more snow isn't what you need - i hope that it's manageable in getting around.

It does seem to me that they are taking an inordinately long time to sort things out regarding your knee.

it is and i can't see it being sorted out anytime soon. It's taken three weeks to simply get the results of the MRI scan this evening.

it was put down by the reception team at the clinic as non urgent, hence the waiting time

thanks sanmac, i wish i could, i can hardly walk now and fear that this has progressed to a very serious point. One that i am not able to deal with. Pain is so bad, makes me feel ill.

Seeing as how I don't live there and am not familiar with the NHS, I can't offer any suggestions as how to to get things moving faster. Perhaps other ABers do. Off to bed, goodnight/morning.

there is a little glimmer of light out there, though it's still mostly an inky blue sky, spring is definitely on its way....
